Teeko is my first mini. I purchased him from Arch View Stables at Mini Nationals as a weanling. He is alot of fun to work around. He will be broke to drive this fall. Look for him to return to the show ring w his youth handler Bayley Heider.
Cara arrived on a cold spring late March morning. Her dam had no milk and unable to care for her new filly. She was scooped from the field and has been raised at the barn along with a little Shetland mare Kipper. She will be attending the 2011 ASPC/ASPR Congress.
Dottie is the first daughter for Dreamland from my top mare AGS To-A-D a Knight's TO-A-TE daughter. Dottie is talented, colorful filly. She is being retained as a show pony, and future broodmare.
Patrick has been showning since he was a weanling. He has a wonderful attitude, and loves to show. He has been shown by two youths in halter over the past 2 years. Look for him to return to the show ring in 2012 under saddle and hooked to the cart.
Timmy got his name due to his tiny size. His dam is a 37" shetland mare and by Knight's Elegant Asset. Timmy should stay small enough to hardship into the AMHR. He measured 34" as a shetland in his first show. Timmy is beloved by many at Dreamland. He was shown by a 4yr old boy in his first show(open) and won the model class with 5 other entries. He beat two saddlebreds as well. look for Timmy and Shane in the shetland show for 2012 season
Glamor Boy was purchased in Nov from Jim & Becky McKeith. He was purchased to fill the void in shetland roadster left by Rabbit. Geebs made it back to the ring in May for the first time since 2006. He has not disappointed as he has picked up 2 wins and many res champions this season. Glamor Boy has been trained by Jim Knight since May of 2011 and is now back home. Look for Glamor Boy to return to the ring in 2012.
I fell in love w TopHat at Congress last year when he won the JR & Limit Harness w Jim Knight for Cathy Harris. I purchased him from Cathy as I thought he would make a nice harness pony for me. He has answered that with my first wins with him at UPHA Chapter V. He remains in training at Jim Knight's. He also was res champion shetland harness at the MO State Fair, Res National Champion ASPC Congress Modern Harness, Ladies, and finished the 2011 season winning the Shetland Harness Class at Mid-America Charity Horse Show
Bella was purchased from 09 Midwest Hackney Sale. She had shown as a pleasure pony but over that winter changed division to roadster. She attended her first show in 10 at KY Spring Premeir to a 2nd in the open roadster. Bella had a sucessful first show season in roadster winning the aspr Jr Roadster Pony and MO State Fair Res Champion.
Bell was purchased along with Glamor Boy from Jim and Becky McKeith. She is a very small mare and should be returning to the show ring next year for the ASPR mare division. She is a daughter of WC Hackney Pony Heartland High Tech.
Albert got my mom and I started showing Shetlands. He is truely a great pony. He has been shown in all the modern driving divisions at the ASPC Congress placing top 3 or better in every stakes. He was inducted in the ASPC Hall Of Fame in Modern Halter in 2008. At the 2011 Congress he won his first Grand Champion in Modern Formal Pleasure Driving along with topping the youth class with Dani Helbig.
